Postage, Packing and Delivery Information

Tracking Numbers

Once we've fulfilled your order, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. Please note: your tracking number may not be active until after 5pm when Royal Mail collect and scan your package. As well as receiving the tracking number via email, you may login to your account to get your tracking number to trace your package.

The cost of postage is based on the weight of your order. You can get an exact quote for the cost of delivery during checkout.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Returning Tickets or Customised Wristbands for a Refund

Because our tickets and customised wristbands are 100% customised for you, we cannot accept any returns unless there is an error on our part. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns. We want you to be 100% happy with your order and we're proud to offer the best customer service possible.

Cancelling a Ticket Order

Once a ticket proof has been designed, there is a £10.00 cancellation fee if you wish to cancel your order before we go to print.

Cancelling a Wristband Order (stock wristbands)

As long as we haven't dispatched your stock (off the shelf) wristband order, you can cancel it for a full refund.

Cancelling a Custom Wristband Order (customised wristbands)

As long as we haven't printed your custom wristband order, you can cancel it for a full refund. You cannot cancel the order if you've already approved it and we've printed it.

Returning Stock (off the shelf) Wristbands for a Refund

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. You can return any used wristbands (except custom wristbands) for a full credit, minus any shipping/postage/delivery costs. We cannot accept partial returns. If you order 2 x 250 Red Tyvek wristbands and 2 x 250 Neon Yellow Tyvek wristbands and wish to return 250 Red Tyvek wristbands, contact us for a Return Authorization Number and instructions about how to return your wristbands.

Order More than you Need!

If you are unsure of the total number of wristbands that will get used at your event, order more than you need, then return the unused ones. It's better to have too many, than too few!

Exchanging Wristbands

You can exchange any unused full orders of wristbands for another colour or design. If you order 2 x Neon Yellow Tyvek wristbands and decide you'd rather have 2 x Neon Red Tyvek wristbands, simply contact us for a Return Authorization Number.

Instructions for Returns

  • We are not responsible for any postage costs incurred to return products to us.
  • For your own protection, we recommend you return the wristbands via a traceable method.
