Please check the information you submit with your tickets very carefully. You may incur a charge if you make any changes or corrections.

Please check your spelling and grammar. We will not correct any spelling mistakes.

Please especially check the DATE, TIME and PRICE on your tickets.

Because your tickets are created for you specifically, we cannot accept returns. All Sales are Final!

Delivery/Postage

All products are delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm. A signature is required for your protection and ours. Login to your account to get your track number and track your package.

The cost of postage is based on the weight of your order. You can get an exact quote for the cost of delivery during checkout.

Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. You can return any used wristbands for a full credit, not including shipping/postage/delivery costs. We cannot accept partial returns. If you order 2 x 250 Red Tyvek wristbands and 2 x 250 Neon Yellow Tyvek wristbands and wish to return 250 Red Tyvek wristbands, you can contact us for a Return Authorization. We are not responsible for any postage costs incurred to return the wristbands to us. You MUST return the wristbands via a traceable method. Please call 0800-011-2894 for a Return Authorization.

Exchanges

We want to you to be 100% satisfied with your order. You can exchange any unused full orders of wristbands for another colour or design. If you order 2 x Neon Yellow Tyvek wristbands and decide you'd rather have 2 x Neon Red Tyvek wristbands, simply contact us for an Exchange Authorization. We are not responsible for any postal charges incurred to return the wristbands to us. You MUST return the wristbands via a traceable method.
