Q. Do I have to print a minimum quantity of tickets? A. No.
Q. Is there a set up charge for General Admission tickets? A. No.
Q. Is there a set up charge for Reserved tickets? (reserved tickets have assigned seats. E.G. Row A Seat 1, Row A Seat 2 etc etc) A. Yes. There is a one-time charge of £50.00 for reserved seating. If you're a venue that has multiple events with the same seating manifest, you would only pay this fee once.
Q. If I want to print 500 tickets, can I get 250 General Admission tickets in Red and 250 VIP tickets in Blue? A. Yes, and there is NO additional charge for orders of 250 tickets or more. However, to stay at the same cost per ticket, you may ONLY change the date, the time and the section (E.G. VIP instead of General Admission). The first colour change is free. There is a £5.00 charge for each additional colour change.
Q. Can I see a proof before I pay for my order? A. No. You'll receive a proof to review by email approx 2 hours after you've paid for your order.
Q. What if I'm printing less than 250 tickets? Can I get 100 General Admission tickets in Red and 150 VIP tickets in Blue? A. Yes, but there is a £5.00 charge for each colour change. You may ONLY change the date, the time and the section (E.G. VIP instead of General Admission). There is a £5.00 charge for each additional colour change.
Q. Is every ticket numbered? A. Yes. We have unique serial numbers in two locations on the back of the tickets -- one on the stub and one on the body. We can also print any series of unique ticket numbers on the front of the tickets.

Q. How are the tickets shipped? Are they in a book? A. No. The tickets are individually cut and usually shipped in stacks of 100. However, the size of each stack is determined by the total number of tickets you order. We don't need to put them in books as each ticket is numbered and it's easy to keep inventory and determine which tickets have been sold/distributed.
Q. Do you sell the handheld blacklights to help verify the tickets we take at the door? A. Yes, for only £10.00 - please ask your sales person.

Q. Is there a disclaimer printed on the back of the tickets? A. Yes. You can read it here. Click on the image below to view the back of our tickets and the many security features.

Q. How do I know someone won't call you and try and duplicate my tickets? A. Each order is individually processed by a live human being and serial numbered. An order can never be duplicated. Only the individual who placed the original order can request a reprint, or print additional tickets.
Q. Do you print raffle tickets? A. Yes! (And No!) Our tickets are perforated, and both the stub and the body are numbered, so they could be used as raffle tickets, even though they don't look like your 'typical' raffle ticket. (view sample)
Q. Do your prices include VAT? A. Yes.
Q. I'm a promoter and print tickets regularly. Can I set up an account with you? A. Yes. Just submit your first job then call us toll free at 0800-011-2894 to set up your account.
Q. Can I print a logo or a graphic on the front of the ticket? A. Yes. It should be a simple black and white logo, without shading. Ideally, you should submit it as a monochrome .PCX file, but you can also submit it as a .JPG or .GIF. To test, first GREYSCALE your image, then reduce it to 2 colours. (view sample)
Q. Can I print a logo/art/text on the back of the ticket? A. No. Our stock is pre-printed and therefore we don't currently offer printing on the rear of our tickets.

To qualify for same day shipping, submitted order must be paid for before 12 noon and we must receive the email approval by 2:00PM (up to 5,000 General Admission tickets)
Set Up Fee
- No set up fee for General Admission events
- One time set up fee for reserved / assigned seating events. This charged will be waived on your future printing orders if you use exactly the same layout: £50.00
Logos & Images
You can add ONE black and white logo or image to the front of the ticket for only £20.00 - It should be a simple black and white logo/image, without shading. Ideally, you should submit it as a monochrome .PCX file, but you can also submit it as a .JPG or .GIF. To test, first GREYSCALE your image, then reduce it to 2 colours (black and white). UK ShippingWe are once again offering delivery by Royal Mail. Royal Mail Special Delivery - £6.50 - up to 350 tickets by Royal Mail Special Delivery

- £10.00 - 701 - 1000 tickets
- £15.00 - 1001 - 1500 tickets
- £20.00 - 1501 - 2000 tickets
- The cost of shipping 2001 tickets or more will be determined by the quantity and delivery address.
